2) About LeadFix AI

LeadFix AI ("LeadFix," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Natalie Gelfand, provides AI automation services for plumbers and roofers. The Site is a demonstration website showcasing our services.

3) User Behavior & Permitted Use

Users cannot create accounts, upload content, or buy/sell products or services on the Site.

Your primary interaction is the contact form.

You agree not to: (a) access data not intended for you, (b) interfere with the Site's operation, (c) introduce malware or harmful code, or (d) use the Site for unlawful purposes.

4) Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, and other content on the Site, and the compilation thereof, are the property of Natalie Gelfand or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADFIX AI AND NATALIE GELFAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed USD $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadFix AI and Natalie Gelfand from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11) SMS Messaging Terms

Program description. LeadFix AI operates two text message programs. The first sends operational and account alerts to the business owner's own mobile number, reporting the status of her own automated jobs. The second sends conversational replies, appointment confirmations, booking requests, and reminders to people who have contacted us first or who have given consent through a form on this Site or during a phone call.

Consent. We only text people who have opted in. No one is added to a messaging program without their consent, and consent is never a condition of purchase. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Account alerts are typically fewer than 10 messages per day. Conversational and appointment messages are sent only in response to your request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. LeadFix AI does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to end all messages from that number. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email support@leadfixai.com, or call +1 877-735-7734.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or device.

Your data. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile information or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers. Major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site with the "Effective Date" updated above. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
