Claude Code for non developers

You do not need to become technical to use Claude well.

Claude Code can sound like it belongs only to developers. For a business owner, the useful part is simpler: you give Claude a clear job, the facts it needs, and one set of instructions it can reuse next time.

What a Claude skill is

A Claude skill is a small folder of instructions for one job. Instead of re-explaining how you want a page, post, research task, or follow-up handled every time, you open the skill and start with its guide or prompt card.

The five easy steps

  1. Download the ZIP and double-click it like a normal folder.
  2. Open Claude Code, or open a skill file and use it in a regular Claude chat.
  3. Start with the included START-HERE card.
  4. Answer the short questions about your business.
  5. Ask for the first useful result, then review it before using it.
If you get stuck: paste this into Claude: “I downloaded the skills ZIP. What do I click next? Explain it one small step at a time.”

Start with a job you already understand

Those three are free because they show how the system works before you buy the full set of twenty-nine.

Do I need to write code?

No. The guides are written in plain English. You copy, paste, and answer a few questions about the work you want done.

Can I use the skills in regular Claude?

Yes. Open the skill file, copy the instructions into a Claude chat, and use it as a guided conversation.
